I joined the program because I would like to establish and use a website as a resource for my students and parents. I would also like to be able to learn about the tools that are available.

The three people that I chose to follow are "Free for Teachers", "mathvids", which will give me resources for my math class, and the Chicago Tribune. I retweeted, and am starting to understand the way twitter works. I don't know that I will use twitter too much in my daily classroom, but I am glad that now I have established an account, and am able to participate in twitter when necessary.

Things 3 and 4

I am already loving using my delicious buttons to access sites quickly, and am looking forward to sharing other people's sites.

I think that the capability to save a document for use by any computer is an excellent way to share.

Finally Thing 3

I have now figured out the social bookmarking site, Delicious, and would like to invite you all to share my websites. I have earmarked some general education sites, as well as some sites that relate specifically to math. I don't have a delicious user name, but have been signing in via Yahoo. Does anyone know if you can use that user name? If so, it is pay4545@yahoo.com.

I have now set myself up to follow 6 people; Alicia, Sarah, Jen, Steve, Melissa, and someone that I cannot yet identify. It was really easy to comment on their sites, however I am having a bit of a difficult time with tagging. Do I edit my current blogs, and fill in the label box?
